We collect information you provide directly, including account registration details (name, email, organization), profile information, hospital account data, opportunity and pipeline data, compliance documents you upload, and billing profile information. We also collect usage data, log files, and device information automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the NyxAegis platform, manage billing records, send transactional emails and notifications, provide customer support, generate analytics and reports within your organization, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. HIPAA and Protected Health Information

NyxAegis is primarily used for healthcare business development and relationship-management workflows. Some approved enterprise integrations or document workflows may involve Protected Health Information (PHI), but only for organizations operating under an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and an approved PHI-enabled implementation. Customers must not upload, sync, transmit, or expose PHI through general-purpose notes, messages, exports, AI tools, or integrations that have not been expressly approved for PHI handling.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as email delivery providers, cloud hosting or storage providers, and other vendors required to support the Service. For PHI-enabled customers, we limit access and disclosure to personnel and service providers involved in operating the approved workflow, supporting the customer, securing the platform, or complying with law and contract obligations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, session management, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to request a data export. After that period, we will delete your data from our systems within 60 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact ops@destinyspringshealthcare.com.

8. Cookies

NyxAegis uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use minimal analytics cookies to understand platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

NyxAegis is designed for healthcare business professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
